Purpose of this Survey

You are receiving this survey in order to address your organization's current culture with an eye toward resolving concerns in a God-honoring way. In preparing for culture change in your organization, your perspective about both the current and desired culture will help this survey be successful.

There are two ways to complete this 15-minute survey:

1.     Online form. Once you start, there is no way to save your progress and come back to the survey. This survey must be completed in one sitting. The online format provides the highest level of anonymity.

2.     Word document. Download the Word version of this survey here, save it to your computer, answer the questions at your own pace, and return via email to judy@CreativeConciliation.org. This format means that your identity is discoverable. Creative Conciliation will not release identities when the data is compiled.

Culture is hard to define. Sometimes, culture can be understood as: 1. Specific patterns of behavior (e.g., “This is just the way we do things around here.”) 2. Hard to explain to outsiders (e.g., “I can’t explain it; it just is.”) 3. Developed over time (e.g., “We’ve always done it this way.”) 4. The beliefs that organize behavior (e.g., “We want people to feel welcomed here so they will keep coming back.”) 5.
